Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MakeLeads.us website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by MakeLeads.us ("MakeLeads," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@makeleads.us if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The Service

MakeLeads provides business-to-business (B2B) contact and firmographic data that you may browse and purchase using a credit-based system. Purchasing credits and unlocking a lead grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that business contact record for your own lawful sales and marketing outreach.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

• Credits are used to unlock individual leads. Paid plans include a monthly allotment of credits that renews each billing cycle.
• Subscription plans bill automatically each month via our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current cycle.
• Unless expressly stated, credits do not carry a guaranteed cash value and are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. Because leads are digital data delivered instantly, purchased and unlocked leads are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly post the raw lead data as a competing list or database.
• Use the data for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including telemarketing, email, and privacy laws (see our TCPA Compliance and Data Usage Policy).
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data beyond the features we provide.
• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.

6. Your Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses and individuals in the leads you purchase. This includes compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state Do-Not-Call and consent laws, and any applicable international regulations. MakeLeads provides data; it does not provide legal advice or a guarantee that any particular outreach is lawful in your situation.

7. Data Accuracy

We work hard to verify and refresh our data, and a large majority of records are verified before you see them. However, business contact data changes constantly, and we cannot guarantee that every record is 100% accurate, current, or complete. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and compiled databases, is owned by MakeLeads and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or platform beyond the limited license to use purchased leads described above.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeLeads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or your outreach to purchased leads. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where practical. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
