MakeLeads.us ("MakeLeads," "we," "us") is a B2B lead-data platform that lets sales teams browse and purchase business contact records. This policy explains what information we collect from you as a user of the platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@makeleads.us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
The lead records offered on the platform are business contact records (business names, business addresses, business phone numbers and emails) compiled from public government registries, licensed data sources, and other business databases. If you believe a record about you or your business is inaccurate or you want it removed from our catalog, email support@makeleads.us and we will review and process the request.
We share information only with service providers needed to run the platform — payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and, when enabled, email/SMS delivery providers — and when required by law. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service.
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. Passwords are stored hashed; traffic is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.
The platform uses browser local storage to keep you signed in (your session token) and to remember interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
MakeLeads is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
When you purchase lead data, you are the data controller for how you use it. You agree to comply with all applicable outreach laws — including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing rules — to honor opt-outs, and to check Do-Not-Call registries where required.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
