MakeLeads sells digital business-lead data that is delivered instantly and unlocked permanently the moment a purchase is completed. Because purchased data cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
You may cancel a paid plan at any time by contacting support@makeleads.us. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not refund the current or past billing periods. Credits already added to your account remain available for use.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge for the same purchase, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@makeleads.us with the invoice number (available on your Credits & Billing page). Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded promptly. This is the only circumstance in which refunds are issued.
We work hard to keep lead data accurate and current, but business information changes constantly and no data provider can guarantee 100% accuracy. Inaccurate or outdated fields in a purchased lead do not qualify for a refund. If you encounter a materially unusable record, contact support and we may, at our discretion, issue replacement credits.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most concerns can be resolved quickly. Accounts that initiate chargebacks on valid, delivered purchases may be suspended.
