Every lead costs 1β2 credits depending on its category. You get 3 free credits when you sign up. Buy credit packs any time, or upgrade to a monthly plan that refills your credits every billing cycle. Credits never expire while your account is active.
The full business record: contact name, email, phone, street address, city/state/zip, revenue and employee estimates. Before purchase you see a masked preview so you can judge the lead; after purchase everything unlocks permanently in My Leads, where you can also export to CSV.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are true monthly subscriptions billed automatically through Stripe. Each month your card is charged and your plan's credits are added to your balance. You can view every charge and download PDF invoices on the Credits & Billing page.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe on their secure, PCI-compliant checkout page. Your card details never touch our servers and we never store them.
All sales are final. Because leads are digital goods that are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," we do not offer refunds on credit purchases, plan charges, or purchased leads. See the full Refund Policy. If something went wrong with a charge (like a duplicate), contact us below and we'll make it right.
Records are scrubbed before listing, but you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state rules) when contacting leads. Always honor opt-outs and check the National DNC Registry for phone outreach where required.
Admins can upload CSV or Excel files from the Admin panel β Upload Data. Column names are auto-detected, phone numbers and emails are cleaned automatically, and re-uploading the same file updates existing leads instead of duplicating them.
