Data Usage Policy

This policy explains where our data comes from, how you may use the leads you purchase, and what is not allowed. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Where Our Data Comes From

MakeLeads compiles business (B2B) contact and firmographic information from a combination of publicly available business sources, licensed data providers, and proprietary research and verification. Our focus is business records — company names, business contacts, business phone numbers and emails, locations, and firmographic attributes such as industry, revenue range, and employee count.

2. What You Can Do With Purchased Leads

• Use unlocked leads for your own lawful B2B sales and marketing outreach.
• Import them into your CRM or dialer for your own use.
• Contact them in compliance with applicable law (see TCPA Compliance).

3. What You Cannot Do

• No resale or redistribution. You may not resell, license, publish, or share the raw data as a list or database, or build a competing data product from it.
• No unlawful use. You may not use the data for harassment, fraud, discrimination, or any purpose prohibited by law.
• No bulk extraction. You may not scrape or use automated means to extract data beyond the features we provide.
• No consumer misuse. The data is intended for B2B purposes; do not use it to build consumer profiles in violation of privacy laws.

4. Accuracy & Freshness

We continually verify and refresh records, and most are verified before you see them. Still, business data changes daily, so we cannot guarantee that every field is perfectly current. If you believe a record is materially inaccurate, let us know and we will review it.

5. Opt-Outs & Removal Requests

If a business or individual wishes to be removed from our database, they (or you on their behalf) can email support@makeleads.us with the details, and we will process the suppression request. When you receive an opt-out from someone you contacted, you must also honor it in your own systems.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and the data it contains. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
